Pam Casey - Soprano |
Pamela has been a part of OJC for 10 years. The soprano has been singing since she was a little girl. She thinks it's in her genes. Her father had a voice like Ray Charles and her mother used to sing the blues with her soprano voice around the house. Pamela sang Aretha and Diana Ross tunes at family parties and has always sung in church. While in L.A., the Ohio native performed with several groups, but when she moved to the Bay Area she got hooked on jazz. Although she's had some vocal training along the way, jazz singing has really helped to sharpen her skills.
